Type: SAV 240.02. Hard ferrite pot magnet with galvanized shielding and threaded bushing.
These pot magnets are equipped with a steel housing that shields the magnetic field and also forms a magnet system that increases the pulling power of the magnet.

Maximum usage temperature: Galvanized version: 200°C. 

Note: The full holding power is only achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and thick enough and the pot magnet connects directly and over its entire surface.
Pot magnets lose a lot of holding power from a distance of half a millimeter from the ferromagnetic surface.
This characteristic is more present in pot magnets than in other ferrite magnets and neodymium magnets.

In outdoor use, the steel pots can get fly rust, which however does not limit the operation of the magnets.
